321 Coal Point Rd, Coal Point NSW

RESIDENTIAL

What a beautiful part of the world and a home to match. Being on the largest saltwater lake in the southern hemisphere it is important to maintain and protect the exterior. in these conditions, I would recommend ever seven years to repaint to maintain the integrity of your home.

I started off like on all exterior job with a high pressure clean, then all rust was treated before applying topcoats. All surfaces were sanded, gapped, holes and cracks were filled. Bare surfaced were primed before applying two topcoats.

Fascia boards and carport were done in Dulux Weathersheild Semi-Gloss Colorbond Surfmist Soffits/eaves were done in Dulux Weathersheild Semi-Gloss Lexicon Quater All walls were done in a custom colour match in Dulux Weathersheild Low Sheen.

The jetty was primed in Norglass No Rust and top coated in Norglass weatherfast enamel

The clients were over the moon with the workmanship and finish the Painting by Josh crew had achieved. If you have a house or project similar to this, please feel free to get in touch – painting Newcastle and surrounds!
