Honeysuckle Social 11 Honeysuckle Drive, Newcastle 2300

COMMERCIAL

The former The Squire’s Maiden restaurant was closing down for after seven years trading serving Newcastle’s public. As they says when one door closes another opens, and this is exactly what happened. Painting by Josh was asked to help in making the new restaurant ready for opening day. Along side a great building team ( Buildsmart Constructions ) we all put in the work to meet the strict deadline.

All the walls were sanded using the Mirka Dustless Sanding Machine and given one coat of Dulux Total Prep and two top coats of Dulux weathershield colorbond monument Low Sheen

The rest rooms were sanded using the Mirka Dustless Sanding Machine and given one coat of Dulux Total Prep and two top coats of Dulux Tranquil Retreat . The Kitchen was all covered in Dulux Professional Masking Film 1.2m x 55m and sprayed out in Dulux Total Prep and two coats of Dulux Aquanamel for providing a tough durable surface against grease and grime.

All the bare timber were sanded back using the Mirka Dustless Sanding Machine and were given two coats of Intergrain DWD . The new timber bench seats were coated in two coats of Dulux weathershield colorbond monument Low Sheen with the top being stained in the Intergrain DWD

The end result of pushing ourselves to the limits with the huge transformation in time for opening day was nothing short of amazing. a great team working along side an awesome company.
